In addition to our service fees, visa applications require fees paid to the consulate and may be subject to supplemental processing fees. Shipping and additional service fees are separate. A missionary visa is required for missionary travel to Haiti. The Consulate of Haiti requires applicants to apply for Haitian visas directly, and a personal appearance may be necessary at the nearest Haitian Consulate. We recommend that you contact the consulate to obtain the most current requirements and make an appointment if necessary.
Passport Requirements:
Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Haiti, with at least one blank passport page available for Haitian visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Haiti visas.
Proof of Travel Arrangements:
Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency or copy of airline ticket showing entry and departure from Haiti.
